The PT-61SX60 is a 61-inch projection television that delivers more than just a giant-sized picture. It delivers an outstanding picture. Incorporating a high-resolution lens, extremely bright screen and over 850 lines of horizontal resolution, the PT-61SX60 reproduces in stunning detail, the most vivid images you've ever seen. The PT-61SX60 is an ideal TV to build around a new home theater system. Its AI (Artificial Intelligence) Picture Control constantly monitors signal conditions to maintain a high degree of contrast throughout the picture. Advanced circuitry produces sharp dark-to-light transitions and outstanding edge definition. 2-tuner P-I-P (Picture-in-Picture) lets you watch two broadcast programs at once without additional equipment. This TV is equipped with four sets of A/V input jacks (1 front /3 rear), two S-video input jacks, and both fixed and variable output jacks. "V-Chip" program lockout lets parents control their children's viewing. Other features include Stereo/SAP reception with 10 watts/channel power output, Lighted Director Home Theater remote control with joystick and 2-programmable on/off timers.
